Francisca is one of DA’s Consultants and is a researcher based in Ghana, West Africa.  With over 5 years of cumulative experience in civil society, she has worked on projects that include but are not limited to, social accountability, gender and politics, democratic governance, security, tax justice, and evidence use in policymaking.

She brings extensive experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, policy analysis, as well as monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) in the not-for-profit sector. Additionally, Francisca has a proven ability to manage and coordinate projects and budgets and leverage data analysis tools (SPSS, MaxQDA) to extract insight to inform policy decisions. She consults on the design and implementation of the design of our research in Ghana.
