In many countries, emerging leaders feel as if the policy agenda doesn’t respond to the needs of their generation. Yet, their input is essential for sustainable economic, social and political growth.

We work with emerging leaders and policymakers to find win-win opportunities for cooperation between generations and across regional, social and political divides.

We host Dialogues between emerging leaders, politicians and senior government officials, and ensure that policy papers and reports from meetings are shared with decisionmakers. We realise, however, that there are situations in which access to policymaking faces considerable obstacles, and that emerging leaders must work together to achieve their goals and create change where policy has become irrelevant to their daily lives.

Bringing emerging leaders together from multiple countries enables a broader exchange of ideas and solutions, and encourages new thinking and cooperation across regions.
